Services means the Thoughtbase platform, including but not limited to our web application, feedback widget, API, and any related services provided by Thoughtbase.

Organization or Workspace means a workspace created by a user to organize feedback and manage team members.

Content means any data, text, information, feedback, ideas, comments, or other materials submitted through our Services.

Thoughtbase provides a platform that enables you to:

  • Organize and manage feedback in boards

  • Collaborate with team members
  • Integrate with third-party services (where available)

4. Account Registration and Security

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

5.3 Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to Content you submit through our Services. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • Your Content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your Content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Your Content does not contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THOUGHTBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thoughtbase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
